Job Title: RCSA Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced RCSA Consultant to support our Heightened Standards program focused on control testing and risk management. This role acts as a 1.5 Line of Defense liaison between Commercial, Community, and Shared Services teams, helping business partners navigate the RCSA process and ensure compliance with program deadlines.
Responsibilities:

Build, document, and maintain a comprehensive control inventory across business units.

Develop and write effective controls aligned to enterprise risk standards.

Conduct control testing and ensure documentation meets regulatory expectations.

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the risk management organization to facilitate RCSA reviews and updates.

Engage with stakeholders to answer ad hoc questions and ensure alignment with risk program objectives.

Support the migration and maintenance of control templates within Archer GRC.
Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes within the banking or financial services industry.

Experience building or testing controls under Heightened Standards or similar regulatory frameworks.

Familiarity with Archer GRC or comparable risk management tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple lines of business.
