Job Summary:
Our banking client has been undergoing a wealth modernization effort. We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with Envestnet experience to lead technical design and integration of Envestnet’s wealth management platform within a banking environment. This individual will serve as the technical subject matter expert and play a key role in driving design decisions, guiding development teams, and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical SME for Envestnet, providing guidance and support to development and integration teams.
- Lead solution design and architecture for Envestnet implementations, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Oversee and guide teams in building and connecting APIs and integrations between Envestnet and internal banking systems.
- Collaborate closely with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive architectural decisions and best practices across the implementation lifecycle, from design through deployment.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Recent, hands-on experience implementing Envestnet (Wealth Platform) at a bank or financial institution — must be within the last 5 years.
- Development background in any major language (Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python, etc.).
- Strong experience in solution architecture and API design — including developing integrations and guiding teams on end-to-end technical buildout of Envestnet components.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration across technical and business teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other wealth management or financial platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture standards and agile delivery models.
