Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior BSA / QA to support our banking client's debit card processing conversion as they transition to a new system. This is not a lead role, but it requires a highly experienced professional who can work independently with minimal support.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical business analysis background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of debit card processing. This position is heavily focused on documentation, testing, and execution rather than product ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and documentation phase, gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Provide expertise in debit card processing to ensure a smooth execution of project deliverables.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for testing and business processes including writing end-to-end test cases.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience as a business systems analyst, with a focus on execution rather than leadership.
- Strong background in debit card processing, with the ability to contribute immediately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Solid business analysis skills, including documentation, process mapping, and testing.
Preferred “Nice-to-Have” Skills
- Experience working with Fiserv.
- Familiarity with Jira or Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Knowledge of Zephyr or other testing tools.
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks.
