Event Manager
Position Overview
The Event Manager is responsible for the planning, management, and execution of executive-level events across both in-person and virtual formats. This role ensures seamless logistics, strong vendor partnerships, and engaging attendee experiences while managing multiple projects and maintaining budget oversight. Travel may be required to support on-site event execution.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute a variety of executive-level events, both in-person and virtual.

Manage all event logistics including venue sourcing, site visits, hotel room blocks, catering, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.

Partner with marketing and communications teams to develop event materials such as invitations, signage, and design elements.

Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful event delivery.

Manage multiple event projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Utilize CVENT to manage events from planning through post-event reporting and analysis.

Oversee event budgets and financial tracking.

Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, roles, and responsibilities.

Coordinate event logistics including A/V, equipment, décor, furniture, and gifting.

Lead volunteer coordination and support on-site event execution.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in meeting and event planning.

Experience managing complex events from concept to completion.

Strong project management, organization, and vendor management skills.

Experience with CVENT or similar event management tools.
-
Ability to travel as needed for on-site event support.
