Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workiva Analyst/Developer to support a major modernization initiative within our banking client’s Finance division. This role will play a critical part in transforming regulatory reporting by helping move from fragmented, manual processes to a centralized, automated, and scalable data foundation.
This position is 100% remote (EST working hours required) with occasional travel (approximately every other month).

Our large banking client’s Finance organization is undergoing a strategic transformation of its regulatory reporting capabilities. Currently, reporting processes rely heavily on manual data aggregation, siloed systems, and fragmented workflows. The goal is to establish a centralized data ecosystem and deliver standardized, regulatory-ready data into Axiom.
Additionally, the integration of Workiva with Axiom will streamline financial and regulatory reporting by connecting planning, budgeting, and forecasting data into a unified reporting framework. This role will be instrumental in enabling that transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Product Traceability
- Own end-to-end traceability for a specific product domain (e.g., loans)
- Map and validate how data flows across multiple regulatory reports, including:
- FR Y-9C / Call Report, FR 2052a, FR 2028D, FDIC 370, FR 2900, FR 2644, FR 2420, FR Y-14 series
- Workiva platform development and configuration
- Data & Process Transformation
Required Qualifications
- Strong Workiva Developer combined with foundational banking product knowledge with an emphasis on Loans
- Strong working knowledge of Call Reports FR Y-9C and FR Y-14
Preferred Qualifications
- Also having experience with Call Report FR 2052a, FR 2028D, FDIC 370, FR 2900, FR 2644, FR 2420,
- Experience working with centralized data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle Cloud)
- Familiarity with Axiom integration or financial reporting platforms
