Application Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Application Manager / Delivery Manager to provide technical leadership and application delivery support across enterprise applications. This role will oversee development teams, production support, security initiatives, technical debt projects, and new application implementations.
The ideal candidate is a highly technical leader with strong full-stack experience, including both front-end/UI and back-end development, and experience leading teams of developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support application development and delivery teams.
- Provide technical leadership across full-stack applications, including front-end and back-end development.
- Oversee production support, issue resolution, and application stability.
- Lead initiatives related to application security, technical debt, modernization, and continuous improvement.
- Manage priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, technology teams, and vendors.
- Provide technical guidance on application architecture, development, integrations, and solutions.
- Support vendor evaluation and selection activities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in application management, delivery management, software development, or a related technical leadership role.
- Strong full-stack development background.
- Experience with front-end/UI and back-end technologies.
- Proven experience leading development teams.
- Experience with production support and enterprise application management.
- Strong understanding of application security, technical debt, and modernization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
