Job Title: Sr. Java Developer
Heitmeyer Consulting is currently seeking a Sr. Java Developer contract opportunity with one of our financial services clients. The selected candidate will help build and support the consumer payment origination and processing segment. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE development experience specific to the Spring Boot framework. The candidate must have experience with Kafka. Additionally, our client is looking for a candidate who has worked on any cloud platform and has developed using pairing as they’ll cross-develop applications with a peer.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in developing microservices while utilizing continuous integration, build and delivery w/ Spring and SpringBoot.
- Experience using non-relational databases such as Mongo DB.
- Experience working in any of the cloud platforms. (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience working in Agile Methodology
- Experience leveraging Kafka.
