Collateral Boarding Operations Analyst
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Collateral Boarding Operations Analyst to support the review, validation, and boarding of loan collateral information into AFS Vision. This individual will review loan documentation to ensure all required information is complete and accurate before entering collateral details into the system.
The analyst will work closely with loan closers to obtain missing documentation, clarify discrepancies, and resolve incomplete or incorrectly completed checklists. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial lending or loan operations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Review loan documentation and closing packages to verify completeness and accuracy of collateral information.

Board collateral details into the AFS Vision loan servicing system.

Validate information against supporting documentation and established checklists.

Identify missing documents, incomplete information, or discrepancies and follow up with loan closers to obtain necessary details.

Communicate with internal lending and operations teams to resolve documentation issues and ensure accurate collateral records.

Maintain accurate records and ensure collateral information is entered in a timely manner.

Follow established procedures and operational controls to support accurate loan and collateral administration.
Required Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial lending, loan operations, loan servicing, or collateral administration.

Familiarity with commercial loan documentation and collateral types.

Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness.

Comfortable working with loan origination or loan servicing systems and entering detailed information.

Strong communication skills, particularly when following up with internal teams to resolve missing information.

Dependable, organized, and able to manage daily workloads with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AFS Vision.

Experience boarding loans or collateral into a loan servicing system.

Familiarity with commercial loan closing documentation and collateral requirements.

Experience working with loan checklists and post-closing documentation.
