Job Title: Manager – Account Analysis Operations
Location: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid: On-site Tuesday–Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday)
Type: Contract-to-Hire
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and a Manager to join a specialized banking operations team responsible for account analysis within the commercial banking space. This is a high-impact, career-growth opportunity offering exposure across nearly every division of the bank. The role will initially support and eventually assume direct leadership of the account analysis team, serving as a key operational partner and potential successor to a long-standing leader in the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop the account analysis team, currently composed of four specialists, guiding their professional growth and ensuring operational excellence.

Oversee complex commercial account setups, pricing structures, earnings credit calculations, and the integration of hundreds of bank services into the analysis system.

Partner closely with leadership to improve rate management processes through automation and strategic problem-solving.

Ensure timely data ingestion and reconciliation from multiple departments; act as point of contact to resolve service submission issues.

Validate rates and pricing structures; perform quality control as part of monthly control performance monitoring.

Collaborate with executive leadership, finance, compliance, and IT to support strategic initiatives and ensure operational integrity.

Participate in recruiting, training, and transitioning team members, including leveraging support from remote operations staff.
Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in banking operations or account analysis.

Proven leadership experience managing teams in a high-pressure, data-intensive environment.

Strong analytical, organizational, and quality control skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication; able to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Comfortable balancing multiple complex systems and priorities with limited oversight.

Familiarity with commercial banking products, pricing structures, and service integrations.

Experience with Hogan mainframe systems (CIS, DDA, RPM) is a nice to have.
