Location: Cincinnati, OH – Onsite 2 days per week
Job Summary:
As part of our P&C Insurance client’s enterprise strategy to become a data-driven organization, we are seeking a professional to lead and deliver data and AI literacy programs. This role is critical in educating employees on what it means to make data-driven decisions and how to leverage AI tools effectively. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that empower teams across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, teach courses, and train on data literacy and AI literacy for diverse audiences.
- Design technical training, newsletters, and digital content using platforms like Vyond and LMS tools.
- Lead initiatives to educate the organization on AI concepts, tools, and practical applications for the business.
- Work with IT, HR, and business units to tailor training programs, including specialized courses for areas like Claims.
- Produce instructional videos, job aids, and toolkits to support learning and adoption of data and AI tools.
Required Skills:
- Instructional design experience combined with strong knowledge of data analytics and AI (including generative AI tools like Copilot).
- Ability to understand data concepts and apply quantitative reasoning to solve problems.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience creating learning modules using Vyond or similar platforms.
- Reliable, independent, and able to work collaboratively across multiple teams. Creative in tailoring training for different audiences.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with commercial insurance, claims, or underwriting processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with Vyond platform.
