Great opportunity for a contract to hire with a fast-growing Financial Services company in the Sacramento area. The Senior Project Manager will lead and deliver business side initiatives within a growing credit union environment. This role partners closely with VP level and executive stakeholders and requires strong communication, resilience, and the ability to manage outcomes in a transforming, fast moving organization. This position is hybrid and the right candidate must be willing to go onsite in Sacramento 3 days a week.
Projects & Responsibilities
- Lead new and incoming banking/credit union initiatives, including:
- New branch openings
- New product launches
- Affiliate marketing efforts
- Other prioritized enterprise projects
- Facilitate communication, alignment, and decision-making with VP and executive stakeholders.
- Drive project governance, planning, and execution from initiation through delivery.
- Coordinate with third party vendors and internal teams in a stop/start, vendor dependent environment.
- Ensure outcomes are delivered, risks escalated, and decisions moved forward.
- Promote collaboration across enterprise teams
