Great opportunity for a contract to hire with a fast-growing Financial Services company in the Sacramento area. The Senior Project Manager will lead and deliver business side initiatives within a growing credit union environment. This role partners closely with VP level and executive stakeholders and requires strong communication, resilience, and the ability to manage outcomes in a transforming, fast moving organization. This position is hybrid and the right candidate must be willing to go onsite in Sacramento 3 days a week.

Projects & Responsibilities

• Lead new and incoming banking/credit union initiatives, including:
  • New branch openings
  • New product launches
  • Affiliate marketing efforts
  • Other prioritized enterprise projects
• Facilitate communication, alignment, and decision-making with VP and executive stakeholders.
• Drive project governance, planning, and execution from initiation through delivery.
• Coordinate with third party vendors and internal teams in a stop/start, vendor dependent environment.
• Ensure outcomes are delivered, risks escalated, and decisions moved forward.
• Promote collaboration across enterprise teams
