Background
Our client, a global Financial Services Technology firm, built a new digital banking platform for account opening that allows their bank clients to expand their customer base through digital engagement. The new platform was device agnostic and a true SaaS solution. Our client required help with implementation management of the new product to a large portion of its existing customer base.
Solution
Heitmeyer deployed an implementation team of eight project managers to lead the effort of rolling out the digital banking platform. To create efficiency within the implementation team and supporting teams we created a document management plan, a dashboard for real time visibility, a SharePoint site for collaboration, and led training for internal support on the new product. Our client initially had four internal resources assigned to the work, but they were quickly able to reduce the internal team to only one resource due to the success delivered by Heitmeyer.
Outcome
At the end of the engagement we successfully delivered the new digital platform to all 185 banks. In addition to the successful implementation, we left our client with more capable, simplified processes and an overall better understanding of Implementation Management.
