Job Description: Wires Business Systems Analyst
Location: Kansas City
Schedule: Hybrid 4 days onsite 1 day remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide system expertise and support for wire, ACH, and payments applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on related systems and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system issues and provide clear recommendations.
- Conduct testing on new system changes and updates to ensure they meet business needs and requirements.
- Document issues, requirements, test cases, and solutions for system improvements.
- Work with the team to ensure any issues related to system functionality are promptly addressed.
- Support the implementation of new system functionalities and provide training as needed to end users.
- Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders to ensure efficient problem-solving.
- Handle incident management and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including user manuals and training guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and system performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on wire applications, ACH, and payments systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Proven ability to document requirements, perform testing, and provide solutions for system-related issues.
- Experience in incident management and application testing.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with JIRA for tracking test cases and issues is nice to have, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving ability to be proactive and take initiative with minimal direction.
