Job Description: Wires Business Systems Analyst

Location: Kansas City
Schedule: Hybrid 4 days onsite 1 day remote 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide system expertise and support for wire, ACH, and payments applications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on related systems and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system issues and provide clear recommendations.
• Conduct testing on new system changes and updates to ensure they meet business needs and requirements.
• Document issues, requirements, test cases, and solutions for system improvements.
• Work with the team to ensure any issues related to system functionality are promptly addressed.
• Support the implementation of new system functionalities and provide training as needed to end users.
• Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders to ensure efficient problem-solving.
• Handle incident management and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including user manuals and training guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and system performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on wire applications, ACH, and payments systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Proven ability to document requirements, perform testing, and provide solutions for system-related issues.
• Experience in incident management and application testing.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with JIRA for tracking test cases and issues is nice to have, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving ability to be proactive and take initiative with minimal direction.
