Jason joined the Heitmeyer team in August 2021, as Executive Vice President and was recently appointed Chief Transformation Officer for the firm in June 2022. In this role, Jason manages our Advisory and Consulting Services line of business and is responsible for partnering with Heitmeyer clients to deliver execution strategies for large scale programs and strategic initiatives within our Transformation, Payments, and Data practices. In addition, Jason leads our PMO Governance, Program and Project Management, Change Management, Testing and Release Management disciplines that support Heitmeyer’s Fit for Purpose engagement model. Jason is a trusted senior advisor to clients across the financial industry with 20+ years of experience in Bank Operations and Technology leading large, complex transformations across the United States and Canada.
Prior to joining Heitmeyer, Jason was both a customer and most recently a Senior Management Consultant partnering with the firm to deliver key initiatives across several clients. Jason has partnered with clients ranging from banks, card services, software providers / fintech’s to the Big 4 Consulting firms to deliver and execute strategic goals and initiatives. Through these efforts, he has built wealth of experience successfully leading Core Transformations, Business and Technology Platform Migrations, Digital Banking, M&A, Outsourcing, and Payment initiatives.
Jason is an avid University of Alabama supporter and active Board Member for the Tua Foundation, a non-profit organization chaired by Miami Dolphins Quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa dedicated to the support of youth initiatives, health, and wellness for children in Alabama, Florida, and Hawaii. Jason lives in Birmingham, Alabama, with his wife DeAnna and 3 children.
