Title: Business Systems Analyst,  Fiserv DNA 
Location: California or 100% remote working PST
Duration: 6 months contract-to-hire 

Job Description:
A leading credit union is seeking a Fiserv DNA Business Banking Analyst to support the expansion of its business banking offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a SME for Fiserv DNA, providing expertise on system capabilities and best practices.
• Support the implementation of new business banking and small business banking products, including treasury services, deposit solutions and card solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements for efficiency and member experience.
• Provide training and guidance to internal users on new features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Fiserv DNA in a financial institution
• Experience in system configuration, process improvement, and implementation support.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive project success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
