Job Title: Control Remediation Quality Assurance (CRQA) 1B Testing Analyst
Location: MT Laurel, NJ (Hybrid)

Our client is hiring a 1B Testing resource to support control remediation quality assurance work for an east coast based bank.

Overview

• Execute and manage testing activities in accordance with established standards and strategic direction to achieve completion within target timelines
• Experience with improving operating models, standards and procedures in a data governance environment
• Works closely with ITEM owners to provide end to end support for remediation; including feedback on control remediation opportunities
• Review and provide feedback and effective challenge of key artifacts and deliveries against and ensure alignment with MRA findings
• Ensures a robust end-to-end ITEM remediation testing is in place
• Delivers testing in line with remediation plans to each toll gate or interim validation
• Participates in the Review and Challenge tollgate panels
• Understand risk identification, risk analysis, and risk mitigation according to regulatory requirements and best business practices
• Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with key partners
• Oversee/lead the testing engagement, including communications and the reporting processes.  Provide subject matter expertise and/or input to projects/initiatives as a representative for area of specialization
• Proactively identify matters which require additional attention, further escalation, or review, and liaise with the appropriate Stakeholder to resolve
• Experience with reporting traceability within data management
