Job Title: IS Application Manager – Senior

Summary:
Leads application development teams or supervisors, driving strategic planning, project execution, and resource management within the assigned area.

Experience with Branch technologies ie: Teller and Point of Sale

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee planning, scheduling, and budgeting for development teams.

• Collaborate with IT leadership and business users on strategy.

• Manage complex or high-impact projects.

• Stay current on technologies and best practices relevant to Huntington.

• Provide production support as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years in team leadership

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in data integration and working with architects

• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and delivery-focused

• Able to manage issues under pressure and ensure consistent delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

• ARGO Teller experience

• Agile certification

• Financial services background

• Strong documentation and analytical skills
