Job Title: Sr Business Analyst 
Location:  Remote

Heitmeyer Consulting is currently hiring a Sr Business Analyst to support work with a large, East Coast based bank. This position supports an internal consulting division within the bank related to their center of excellence.

Our client is in search of a Sr. level Business Analyst, with experience owning and managing the business requirements effort in a large, formal program/project team environment. Core BA functions and experience are required experience. This project follows IIBA/BABOK standards for requirements gathering and solicitation and certifications are required. Exceptional communication, influencing and partnership skills are mandatory as well as the ability to work on highly complex projects or programs with minimal management supervision.
 

• Knowledge & alignment to IIBA/PMI Business Analysis best practices (IIBA CBAP Certified)
• Expertise with requirements traceability
• Root cause analysis understanding

• Previous Banking and or Financial Institution experience is required – specifically on the business side supporting non-technical business analysis job functions and delivery

• Stakeholder management experience in a matrixed environment is required
• Must have strong facilitation skills
• Prior large program work highly desirable
• Elicitation / Collaboration skills
• Business vs technical requirements differentiation
• Process mapping
• Professional presence
• Experience working in Agile methodology with Jira/Confluence is required
• Current state analysis evaluation expertise
• Understanding of value determinations and solution evaluations
