Location: Onsite in Sacramento, CA (6 remote days per month)
Salary Range: $122,000 – $132,000

Job Summary:
Our client is expanding its Business Services division with a focus on launching new products. We are seeking a seasoned Operations Leader with deep expertise in Treasury Management to help lead this transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support daily wire operations and treasury management functions.
• Act as a liaison between business services and project teams during system implementation.
• Participate in the design and rollout of new treasury workflows and processes.
• Drive process improvements and help establish KPIs and operational standards.
• Provide coaching and leadership to team members, ensuring high performance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand current systems (e.g., wires, positive pay) and identify areas for enhancement.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in Treasury / Cash Management operations (ACH, wires, etc.) – not sales.
• 3+ years of management experience, with direct oversight of at least 1–2 team members.
• Proven experience implementing new systems and building out treasury workflows.
• Strong process improvement skills and ability to influence change.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and communication abilities.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Fiserv DNA
