Lead Business Systems Analyst – Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)

As a Lead BSA, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, define technical requirements, and manage the product backlog. This role supports an Agile delivery model and works with key EDW technologies including Snowflake, DataStage, Python/PySpark, Infogix, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, the Product Owner, and Agile team members to align on requirements and deliverables.

• Translate business needs into well-defined Features and User Stories for the development team.

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document detailed source-to-target data mappings.

• Partner with Product Owner and subject matter experts to refine Epics and drive the creation of Features and User Stories.

• Facilitate backlog refinement meetings to clarify user story details, define acceptance criteria, and support estimation efforts.

• Support risk and issue identification, quantification, and mitigation planning for the project.

• Collaborate with Application BSAs to identify roadblocks and escalate impediments to the Scrum Master for resolution.
