Test Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient MDM Test Lead to drive the testing strategy and execution for our Customer Master Data initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring the quality and traceability of our Reltio MDM implementation, while collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall end-to-end (E2E) Test Strategy for the MDM program.

• Oversee E2E test execution, ensuring quality and completeness across all test phases.

• Establish auditable traceability between requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test results using Jira.

• Identify and resolve testing blockers; escalate and coordinate across multiple Agile pods as needed.

• Provide regular test status reporting to project stakeholders.

Technical Experience

• Hands-on experience with the Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) platform.

• Strong proficiency in Java-based testing frameworks.

• Expertise in API testing (REST/SOAP), including test automation and validation of service integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Customer Master Data domains and data governance principles.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with continuous integration and test automation tools.
