Senior ETL Developer (.NET, SSIS)

Location: Buffalo, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
 
Job Summary:
Our banking client’s consumer deposits technology team is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to support applications and handle data processing from legacy system to its Product Pricing Catalog software they are rolling out to branches. The ideal person will possess both strong technical and team collaboration skills.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partnering with business teams, change management teams, tech teams, and management to align on goals and deliver solutions
• Building data pipelines using GitLab for CI/CD and ETL processes using SSIS to support vendor data delivery
• Writing C# code using Entity Framework and troubleshooting data issues
• Helping build a front-end interface for business analysts to navigate and resolve data anomalies
• Working in a cloud-first environment (Azure)

 
Must-Have Skills:

• .NET / C# / Entity Framework
• Data integration: SSIS, SQL, REST APIs, CI/CD (GitLab or similar)
• JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue, or Blazor .NET)
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred, others acceptable)
• Strong communication and team collaboration
• Understanding of enterprise regulations

 
Nice-to-Haves:

• Banking or financial services experience
• Familiarity with Zafin
• SQL Server
• GitLab
• Microservices and knowledge of architectural concepts
