Job Title: Lead Loan Operations Consultant – Conversion Support
Location:  Remote – Multiple Clients
Duration: 1 Year+

Heitmeyer Consulting is currently seeking Loan Operations Consultants for several client engagements.  All engagements are expected to be 12+ months in duration and are supporting core conversions. These opportunities are remote with limited travel for key meetings.

Selected candidates will possess deep Loan operations, Loan products, and end-to-end loan process experience. Ideal candidates will have previous experience with a Loan core conversion specifically with FIS IBS Core. 

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of loan operations experience including a deep understanding of lending products, end-to-end lending processes, etc. 
• Previous experience with core conversion – specifically to the FIS IBS Core. 
• Experience with product and data mapping.
• Previous experience with UAT testing.
• Strong communication skills are required, including the ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels in the business units, technology, operations, and external vendors. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant experience with FIS IBS.
• Previous experience with FIS Horizon core
• Experience with product mapping and data mapping for a core conversion to or from FIS IBS.
• Process design experience.
