Title: Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst – Product Owner Support

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst to support two scrum teams in close collaboration with their respective Product Owners. This role will work closely with offshore BSAs, facilitate end-to-end story lifecycle management, and ensure smooth delivery across development sprints. A strong understanding of the Commercial line of business (LOB) and Salesforce is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Owners to support backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery activities for two scrum teams.

• Collaborate with offshore BSAs on drafting and refining user stories.

• Facilitate story refinement sessions, troubleshoot issues, and handle Q&A during development.

• Coordinate and participate in capability demos.

• Perform data mapping and support QA/UAT activities.

• Monitor scope, story sizing, and progress throughout the development lifecycle.

• Maintain awareness of cross-team impacts and dependencies to ensure alignment across projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in an Agile environment.

• Strong knowledge of the Commercial line of business (LOB) and Salesforce.

• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and offshore teams.

• Skilled in user story creation, refinement, and backlog management.

• Familiarity with QA/UAT processes, data mapping, and capability demos.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
