Job Description:
This hybrid role will serve as the Release Management Lead who will coordinate and manage the software releases for the new deposit product platform.  You will ensure smooth deployments, version control and rollback strategies across environments. 

Top Required Skills:

1. 5+ years in release or configuration management with proven background in delivering on product design work and coordinating across multiple products.
2. Solid experience working with technology development team on confirming cross impacts, managing the release to production environment, capturing all artifacts and documentation.
3. Experience with release change management and working with tools like Service Now, Jira and Sonar. 
4. Requires strong communication and project management skills to balance workload and the full scope of the technology impacts across multiple applications and environments. 

Nice-to-have:

1. Domain experience with consumer deposit products and pricing beneficial.
2. Banking experience preferred but not required.
3. Should have experience working in highly regulated industry with large focus on risk/compliance requirements within SDLC. 

Top Responsibilities:

• Define and manage release schedules for new deposit product modules.
• Manage end to end release process from early identification of cross impacts to code delivery through test planning to change management to production delivery.   
• Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and development teams.
• Maintain release documentation and change logs.
• Ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.
• Monitor post-release performance and incident resolution.
