Job Title: Digital Product Senior Manager
Location: Remote

Summary:
The Digital Product Senior Manager leads strategic digital initiatives by defining product vision, roadmaps, and MVPs across multiple programs. This role collaborates with product, UX, legal, risk, and technology partners to deliver high-impact digital experiences that improve customer and colleague journeys. May oversee a team of Digital Product Managers or Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, OKRs, and roadmaps for major digital initiatives

• Break down strategy into EPICs, features, and MVPs tied to business goals

• Collaborate with UX, Architecture, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to align execution

• Use data, research, and feedback to identify pain points and improvement areas

• Drive cross-functional teams through feature definition, prioritization, and delivery

• Lead agile execution and accelerate time-to-market for high-value features

• Partner with vendors and internal teams for successful rollout and adoption

• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed

• May manage and mentor a team of digital product professionals

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 7+ years in digital product management or delivery (online/mobile)

• Agile delivery leadership experience in financial services or banking

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in digital platforms such as payments, messaging, identity, or self-service

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• User-centered design and usability knowledge

• Experience with fintech tools, vendor management, and multi-platform delivery (web/mobile)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage digital product lifecycle
