Job Title: IT Talent Development Specialist IV

Summary:
Responsible for designing, developing, and managing IT training programs and talent development initiatives to support the growth of technology professionals. Partners with leadership and SMEs to create accessible, scalable learning solutions aligned with organizational technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver IT-focused training using multiple formats (eLearning, instructor-led, job aids, assessments).

• Apply advanced instructional design models and adult learning principles.

• Translate complex technical concepts into learner-friendly content.

• Develop curriculum maps, learning paths, and skill development programs.

• Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner profiles to guide design decisions.

• Create and maintain training content using authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia).

• Oversee content in Learning Management Systems and recommend 3rd-party courses.

• Evaluate learning effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics; implement improvements.

• Ensure accessibility, brand compliance, and inclusivity in all learning materials.

• Lead multiple projects, mentor team members, and stay current with instructional design trends.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in instructional or curriculum design within a technology environment.

• Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design models, and evaluation methods.

• Proven ability to translate IT concepts into engaging training content.

• Proficiency with eLearning tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia editing software.

• Strong writing and editing skills for audio/video scripts.

• Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG compliance).

Preferred:

• Experience with learning experience platforms, AI/ML in learning, or change management.
