Project Manager #2 – AI Solution Delivery
Location – 100% Remote

Role Purpose
This Project Manager will lead the AI solution delivery workstream, ensuring disciplined execution of prioritized AI use cases. The role includes overseeing purchased solutions, custom development, and configuration efforts, while driving adoption and ensuring measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities

• AI solution delivery oversight
• Manage delivery of AI solutions across purchased tools, custom builds, and configured platforms.
• Translate prioritized AI capabilities into actionable delivery projects with clear scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Purchased solutions
• Oversee vendor engagements (e.g., Jasper, Anthropic, Salesforce AI integrations).
• Validate vendor claims, negotiate delivery timelines, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Custom development & config.
• Coordinate with IT and data science teams to deliver custom-built AI models and tools.
• Manage configuration of enterprise platforms to integrate AI capabilities into business workflows.
• Adoption & change enablement
• Ensure AI solutions are not just delivered, but adopted by end users.
• Partner with training, communications, and business leaders to drive change management.
• Track adoption metrics and embed learnings into future delivery cycles.
• Use case delivery & value realization
• Lead execution of AI use cases from inception through deployment.
• Monitor delivery risks, issues, and dependencies across hubs and technology teams.
• Track business outcomes to confirm value realization and report results to program governance. Qualifications
  • 7+ years of project management experience in solution delivery, vendor management, or enterprise technology projects.
  • Proven success in AI/automation solution implementations (purchased and custom).
  • Strong understanding of delivery disciplines — scope, cost, risk, quality, and adoption.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS preferred) and enterprise data dependencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and internal teams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills to drive adoption.
