Title: Program Manager IV (Lead)

Overview:
Seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a portfolio of cybersecurity and network infrastructure initiatives. This role manages cross-functional teams, drives large-scale program delivery, and ensures alignment with business and technology goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex cybersecurity programs and projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

• Oversee and mentor Program/Project Managers and Business Systems Analysts.

• Manage program planning, execution, risk, issue, and change management.

• Create and maintain project plans, documentation, and reports.

• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.

• Drive consistency in project lifecycle methodologies and portfolio management practices.

• Provide leadership during periods of ambiguity and organizational change.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 7+ years as a Program Manager.

• 5+ years leading cybersecurity and network infrastructure initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Banking/Financial Services experience.

• Expertise in portfolio/project management tools (ServiceNow PPM a plus).

• Strong skills in MS Project or Excel, and familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience leading large, cross-functional IT programs.
