Job Title: Project/Program Manager – Residential Lending / Conversion Support
Location:  Remote – Multiple Clients
Duration: 1 Year+

Heitmeyer Consulting is currently seeking a Project/Program Manager for several client engagements.  All engagements are expected to be 12+ months in duration and are supporting core conversions. These opportunities are remote with limited travel for key meetings.

Selected candidates will possess deep Project/Program Management within the Residential Lending space, including deep understanding of lending products and platforms. Ideal candidates will have previous experience with a leading Residential Lending core conversion workstream.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Project / Program Management experience
• 6+ years of Financial Services experience
• 4+ years of Residential Lending project experience   
• 1+ year of experience in residential-lending platform implementation, migration or conversion 
• Strong communication skills are required, including the ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels in the business units, technology, operations, and external vendors. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Encompass platform experience
• Mergers & Acquisitions project experience
