Summary
Lead Agile teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time and within scope. Facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, coach Agile practices, and ensure transparency through effective reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.

• Coach teams and Product Owners in Agile mindset and backlog management.

• Remove blockers and escalate issues for quick resolution.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise release standards.

• Maintain clear communication within and across teams.

• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Track progress using appropriate tools and metrics.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years Agile experience.

• Preferred: Certified Scrum Master; experience with Confluence, Gherkin, and Microsoft Office; strong communication, adaptability, and leadership skills.

• Background in project management, business analysis, or IT support preferred.
