Product Owner
The Product Owner is a key member of the Agile team, responsible for translating product strategy into actionable requirements and ensuring delivery of valuable features that enhance the end-user experience. This role bridges business needs with technology execution, working closely with Product Managers, UX, IT, and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and maintain a clear, visible product backlog aligned to business goals.

• Lead Agile ceremonies, approve user stories, and manage short release cycles to deliver incremental product value.

• Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into features, requirements, and mockups.

• Use analytics to measure business impact and recommend enhancements.

• Troubleshoot issues, maintain current products, and support continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, IT, business analysis, or related field.

• Strong Agile experience, with knowledge of backlog management, MVPs, and user-focused design.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and vendor integration experience.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
