• Job Summary
• Heitmeyer is looking for a BSA Business Systems Analyst to support a major platform migration and help build a more efficient reconciliation support model. This role blends technical analysis with process improvement, partnering closely with business stakeholders to challenge the status quo and drive automation.

• Primary Responsibilities:
• Support platform migration and month-end attestation setup
• Analyze and optimize reconciliation processes using best practices
• Collaborate with business teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities
• Provide off-hours support as needed during critical phases
• Extract and analyze data using SQL and Excel
• Map business processes to technical solutions
• Assist with system provisioning and setup tasks
• Revisit existing workflows to improve performance in the new toolset
•  
  Necessary Experience

• Background in accounting or financial operations
• Experience with reconciliation tools (BlackLine preferred; ARCS a plus)
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and Excel
• Proven ability to challenge legacy processes and drive change
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Prior IT experience, especially in system provisioning or platform setup
• Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for efficiency and automation
