Job Title: RCSA Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced RCSA Consultant to support our Heightened Standards program focused on control testing and risk management. This role acts as a 1.5 Line of Defense liaison between Commercial, Community, and Shared Services teams, helping business partners navigate the RCSA process and ensure compliance with program deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Build, document, and maintain a comprehensive control inventory across business units.

• Develop and write effective controls aligned to enterprise risk standards.

• Conduct control testing and ensure documentation meets regulatory expectations.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the risk management organization to facilitate RCSA reviews and updates.

• Engage with stakeholders to answer ad hoc questions and ensure alignment with risk program objectives.

• Support the migration and maintenance of control templates within Archer GRC.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes within the banking or financial services industry.

• Experience building or testing controls under Heightened Standards or similar regulatory frameworks.

• Familiarity with Archer GRC or comparable risk management tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple lines of business.
