GenAI Learning & Development Trainer

Location: Cincinnati, OH – Onsite 3 days per week

Job Summary:
As part of our P&C Insurance client’s enterprise strategy to become a data-driven organization, we are seeking a professional to create the learning and development of data and AI tools and facilitate training. This includes partnering closely with the Co-Pilot product owner and helping to create and lead Copilot trainings. This role is critical in educating employees on what it means to make data-driven decisions and how to leverage AI tools effectively. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that empower teams across the enterprise.
 
Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner closely with our Copilot Product Owner, helping to create Copilot-related training materials, and leading those trainings.
2. Deliver and facilitate training across teams and programs 
3. Create digital content using platforms like Vyond and LMS tools.
4. Lead initiatives to educate the organization on AI concepts, tools, and practical applications for the business.
5. Work with IT, HR, and business units to tailor training programs, including specialized courses for areas like Claims.

Required Skills:

• Learning and development background with experience creating training content for Copilot or similar GenAI, and how they are used with apps in a business setting
• Experience delivering and facilitating the training across teams and programs 
• Ability to understand data concepts and apply quantitative reasoning to solve problems.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience creating learning modules using Vyond or similar platforms.
• Reliable, independent, and able to work collaboratively across multiple teams. Creative in tailoring training for different audiences.

 
Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with commercial insurance, claims, or underwriting processes.
• Experience with Copilot.
• Experience with Vyond platform.
