Location: Remote

Overview

We are seeking experienced, business-focused Program Managers to support large-scale banking initiatives, with an immediate priority in the Wealth Management space. These roles are execution-oriented and focused on driving outcomes across complex business workstreams, particularly in environments involving organizational change, regulatory considerations, and operational readiness.

Strong banking experience is required; wealth management experience is a strong plus. These roles partner closely with business owners and Wealth leadership to ensure initiatives move from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute business-driven programs aligned to banking and wealth initiatives

  • Partner with business owners and Wealth leadership to drive workstreams to completion (“get-it-done” focus)

  • Support organizational change management activities, including business readiness, process changes, and operational transitions

  • Analyze business impacts related to initiatives such as stop-sale decisions, Day 1 readiness, and regulatory or charter-driven constraints

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts (Legal, Operations, IT, Training, End Users) to ensure people, processes, and tools are ready

  • Support acquisition or integration-related activities, including workforce enablement (e.g., equipment provisioning, access, and training)

  • Create and maintain program documentation, plans, and status reporting using M365 and SharePoint

  • Perform data analysis using Excel to support decision-making (e.g., reconciling data sources, identifying impacts, validating assumptions)

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager in banking or financial services

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans

  • Experience supporting or leading organizational change management initiatives

  • Proficiency in Excel, including data reconciliation and lookups (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

  • Familiarity with M365 tools, particularly SharePoint

  • Ability to operate independently in a structured PMO type environment

  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with senior business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Wealth Management experience

  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or major operational transformations

  • Familiarity with regulatory or Day 1 readiness considerations in banking environments

  • Comfort working in environments where technical teams exist, without being a technical PM
