Business Systems Analyst – Treasury Management, Account Opening

• Senior business system analysis expertise with deep Systems Development Life Cycle knowledge 
• Understanding of ServiceNow for mapping account opening steps (CSM/FSO tables).
• Banking experience with deep knowledge of end-to-end treasury management commercial account opening processes and dependencies.
• Strong experience gathering requirements and documentation of acceptance criteria, UML diagrams, and user stories.
• Experience with Jira and backlog management.

 
Top Responsibilities

• Gather and understand requirements by working with product management to understand commercial account opening needs and objectives.
• Map Account Opening steps by outlining the process from request > verification > setup > enablement.
• Write clear requirements and work with PO to convert them into Jira epics and features for developers.
• Act as a liaison between product and development teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Use knowledge of commercial account opening to validate solutions and ensure business needs are met.
