Role Summary
The Senior Cloud/AI Engineer is responsible for building and deploying production-grade AI agents that power enterprise workflows. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering secure, reliable, and scalable solutions using modern AI platforms and cloud technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using platforms like Copilot Studio, AWS, and Vertex AI
  • Build agent workflows including intent handling, tool usage, memory, and multi-step execution
  • Create and refine prompts, system instructions, and grounding techniques for consistent performance
  • Implement RAG solutions leveraging enterprise data, APIs, and document systems
  • Integrate AI agents with internal platforms and enterprise services
  • Manage deployments across development, testing, and production environments
  • Apply security best practices (authentication, authorization, data access controls)
  • Monitor performance, logging, and usage to improve reliability and quality
  • Troubleshoot agent behavior, integrations, and system issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver approved solutions
  • Develop documentation, reusable components, and deployment standards

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in software, cloud, or platform engineering
  • Experience building AI/LLM-based applications or agents
  • Strong programming skills (Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and authentication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Copilot Studio or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with AWS AI/ML or Google Vertex AI
  • Understanding of agent design (tool use, memory, orchestration)
  • Experience implementing RAG architectures
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment pipelines
  • Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and teamwork skills
