Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for a multi-year, enterprise risk management transformation program focused on modernizing data, reporting, and governance as our large banking client migrates RSA Archer GRC to a cloud-based environment. This PM will act as a driver and program leader, not an administrator—bringing discipline, urgency, and structure to a highly unstructured reporting ecosystem.
 
Responsibilities:

• Establish structure within a fragmented reporting/data environment – assess current-state reporting, stakeholders, and data flows.
• Drive execution and accountability across stakeholders – lead working sessions, challenge assumptions, and push decisions.
• Align program milestones with execution tools (Jira) – ensure milestone plans (3–5 levels deep) tie directly to work tracking and delivery.

 
Required Skills:

• 10-15 years of Senior Project / Program Management experience leading enterprise programs
• Strong Data & Reporting background (data environments, reporting frameworks, data governance concepts)
• Banking / Financial Services experience
• Knowledge of Risk Management
  • Must understand 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines of defense
  • Knowledge of risk taxonomy and business hierarchy concepts
• Experience working in less mature / unstructured data environments
• Ability to drive execution, challenge stakeholders, and push progress
• Experience aligning project plans with Jira (Epics / Features / execution tracking)
• Understanding of Agile practices and delivery models

 
Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to RSA Archer GRC (NOT required)
• Experience with data lakes, Power BI, or self-service BI tools
• Experience standardizing reporting environments / reducing customization
