Job Title: Encompass Data Engineer
Location: Remote

Heitmeyer Consulting is currently hiring multiple Encompass Data Engineers for our client’s mortgage lending platform initiative. This role will support the migration to Encompass and the continued development of the client’s enterprise Snowflake data layer.
The ideal candidate will combine strong data engineering capabilities with Encompass experience.
The consultant will partner closely with platform engineers, business systems analysts, configuration analysts, reporting teams, and other technology stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Must have demonstrated experience working with Encompass data schema and data flows.

• Strong experience with ETL tools like SQL, Informatica, or other data build tools.

• Hands-on Snowflake experience.

• Experience building reporting and dashboards as well as building data integrations between Encompass and other platforms.

• Experience with data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and quality controls.

• Ability to understand complex source-system data structures and translate them into reliable downstream data solutions.

• Experience supporting enterprise reporting, regulatory reporting, or data-integration requirements.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
