JOB ORDER SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION BELOW:

Job Title: Loan Operations Analyst (Commercial Lending)
Business Purpose of Role:
Supporting Loan Operations team during an ongoing re-org by stabilizing and scaling commercial loan processing, documentation, and servicing functions. This role will ensure accuracy, compliance, and throughput across loan boarding and servicing workflows.

Top 3 Priorities in First 90 Days:

1. Accurately board and service commercial loans with minimal errors
2. Review and prepare loan documentation to meet compliance standards
3. Integrate quickly into evolving team structure and contribute to operational continuity during re-org

CORE REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills (Must-Haves)

• Loan operations experience (boarding, servicing, documentation; preferably in the commercial space)
• Loan document review & preparation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working in banking or financial services operations
• Ability to operate independently in a remote environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to loan systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry, or similar)
• Experience in a re-org or transformation environment
• Process improvement mindset
• Ability to handle moderate volume with speed + accuracy

Ideal Background

• Regional or mid-size commercial banks
• Loan operations teams supporting commercial lending
• Consulting firms supporting banking ops (light exposure acceptable)

Niche Skills

• End-to-end commercial loan lifecycle experience (boarding,  servicing, documentation)
  • Critical because the team is lean during re-org and needs plug-and-play contributors

Adjacent / Transferable Skills

• Retail loan operations (if candidate has commercial exposure)
• Mortgage ops with strong documentation experience
• Credit operations / loan processing with commercial exposure
