Job Summary: 
Heitmeyer has banking client that has a need within their Consumer Loan Operations organization for a Collateral Supervisor who can oversee a team of 12 operation processors in supporting the functions around consumer loan collateral – file reviews, lien perfection, lien release, insurance support.  If you are ambitious and have the drive to lead others within lending operations, we would love to meet you!

Job Description: 
The Consumer Loan Operations Collateral Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of up to 12 individuals to support the collateral operation needs related to consumer lending products that includes mortgages, title for auto, boat, RV loans and supporting insurance activities and documentation to meet regulatory requirements and support customer needs.    

Location:

• Hermitage, PA – require 5 days/week on-site

Top Required Skills:

1. Ability to lead team of processors in managing collateral operations with file reviews, lien perfection, lien release, exception tracking and handling physical files.
2. Self-starter who is focused on developing a team and driving efficiency and process improvements. 
3. Looking for Supervisor who can lead team members in supporting a strong work culture with great attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo.  
4. Very strong communication skills and ability to work with customers, team members and vendors in supporting operational processes.  

Nice-to-have:

1. Previous experience with consumer loan collateral work – mortgage deeds, auto/boat/RV titles along with insurance activities including claims.
2. Banking background with knowledge in regulatory work that includes flood insurance.
