Heitmeyer Consulting is currently hiring a Strategic Planning and Agile Delivery Lead to support one of our customers.  This Lead will play a key role in driving the organization’s transition toward IT alignment and value-driven strategic planning. This role combines strategic portfolio management and PM & Agile delivery methodologies to help establish scalable, cross-functional planning capabilities aligned with enterprise goals.
 
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can design foundational planning processes, facilitate cross-team coordination, and support the evolution from project-based work to outcome-focused delivery.
 
Selected candidates will have a firm understanding of PI Planning, OKRs, Agile mindset (understanding how the teams operate vs the work they are doing).   In addition, the candidate must be an RTE, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or have a PM background or a combination of these skills.  Candidates must be able to travel as necessary to facilitate workshops. 
 
Required Skills:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or Agile transformation.
•  Experience leading cross-functional planning in a traditional organization transitioning to Agile.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.

  
Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe certification (e.g., RTE, SPC, LPM) or other Agile/Lean certifications.
• Experience in enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in planning and tracking tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, ServiceNow Platform, Workfront, PowerBI).
