Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only, EST hours required)
Duration: 6-month Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary:
We’re hiring four (4) experienced Mortgage Loan Closers for our banking client to support increased volume and production challenges tied to a new LOS upgrade. These roles are fully remote but require EST working hours. There is significant overtime expected through the end of the year. Additionally, these roles have the opportunity to convert to full-time in 2026. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete an average of 3+ closings per day, aiming for 60+ closings per month
• Prepare and deliver accurate Closing Disclosures (CDs) and full closing packages
• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, title companies, and borrowers to ensure timely closings
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations including TRID, RESPA, and tolerance rules
• Work extended hours as needed (up to 9 PM EST), with overtime available
• Demonstrate a positive, Type-A approach,  customer-centric mindset; thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Required Skills:

• 2–10+ years of experience as a mortgage loan closer (any LOS)
• Experience with conventional, FHA, and refinance loans
• Proficient in preparing CDs and closing packages
• Experience with lending regulations such as TRID, RESPA, and tolerance rules
• Strong work ethic, high energy, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Encompass Web version
• Familiarity with closing loans in New York and Texas
• Experience with CEMA or SONYMA closings
• Background in closing construction loans
