Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite 2–3 days/week required)
Duration: 1-2 Years (potential for conversion)

Job Summary:
Heitmeyer’s banking client is transitioning their Home Equity loans from one system to another. This strategic initiative requires the addition of a Senior Project Manager to project manage the integration. 

Top Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan, including milestones, RAID logs, and risk assumptions.
• Coordinate across multiple internal teams and external vendors (e.g., Blend, Dark Matter).
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables with a focus on waterfall methodology.
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing and data management efforts tied to the integration

Required Skills:

• 7-10+ years of project management experience – must have experience building a project plan from scratch.
• Banking experience with an understanding of any lending lifecycle (Home Lending, Auto, Personal, Commercial, etc.) 
• Proven success managing large-scale integration projects involving multiple systems and third-party vendors.
• Highly independent, trustworthy, and proactive. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Home Lending platforms such as ACAPS or Empower.
