Job Title: IAM Engineer
Work Model: Hybrid (1 day onsite, 4 remote) — must live within 60 miles of one of these locations: Draper, UT; Columbus, OH; Plano, TX; Chadds Ford, PA; Wilmington, DE; or New York, NY.

Overview

The IAM Engineer supports identity and access management initiatives within Retail Services, focusing on Okta engineering, SSO integrations, and security process improvements. This role collaborates closely with InfoSec, infrastructure, and application teams to secure critical systems and enhance authentication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SSO integrations, brand conversions, and deconversions.

• Maintain and document runbooks, roadmaps, and audit materials.

• Develop and improve IAM processes, escalating issues and partnering with leadership when needed.

• Contribute to the InfoSec team’s strategic initiatives and advocate for secure, scalable solutions.

• Perform data analysis and create technical documentation, process flows, and presentations.

• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations as required.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Okta engineering experience (OIE, SSO, workflows, B2E/B2B/B2C tenants).

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Okta Professional/Administrator, Security+, CISSP, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SailPoint, PAM tools, or other IAM platforms.

• Okta certifications highly preferred.

• Proven ability to learn complex environments quickly and deliver results independently.
