Job Title: Q2 Implementation Lead
Location:  Remote – Multiple Clients
Duration: 1 Year+

Responsibilities

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience leading digital banking migrations, specifically in Q2
• Additional Digital Platform experience such as D3, Alkami, DI, FIS BEB, Candescent is nice to have
• A strong grasp of the implementation lifecycle including platform configuration, data migration, testing strategy, customer impact readiness, and cutover planning.
• The ability to foresee and mitigate common implementation risks, serve as a SME to project stakeholders, and own a defined workstream with minimal oversight.
• While traditional project management credentials are not required, the individual should understand sequencing, dependencies, and end-to-end orchestration.

Deliverables

• Comprehensive test strategy & scripts for ~70k profile conversion
• Gap analysis documentation and issue tracking
• Sign-off packages for testing and conversion readiness
• Treasury/Corporate workflows documentation (ACH, Positive Pay, wire, entitlements)

Preferred skills

• Acquisition/conversion exp.
• Strong documentation, leadership, and communication skills

Context

• Digital Banking team manages all customers on the Q2 platform spanning retail, microbusiness, commercial, ACH, Positive Pay, and treasury management products.
