Commercial Loan Servicing – Test Program Lead
Heitmeyer Consulting is seeking a Testing Program Lead to oversee all testing activities for the migration of commercial loan portfolios to AFS Vision. This role ensures successful execution of mock conversions and go-live by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, validating results, and managing issues to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the end-to-end testing strategy, including mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and go-live readiness.

• Coordinate with operations, risk, technology, accounting, and origination teams to define test cases, validate results, and ensure data integrity.

• Manage defect tracking, issue resolution, and root cause analysis throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Provide clear reporting, dashboards, and documentation to program leadership, auditors, and compliance teams.

• Lead final validation, cutover support, and transition to business-as-usual operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in banking operations or technology (or 10+ years equivalent experience).

• 5+ years managing enterprise-wide system testing and conversions.

• Strong knowledge of commercial loan servicing and accounting processes.

• Skilled in cross-functional coordination, issue management, and regulatory controls.

• Experience with AFS Vision, LoanIQ, ACBS, or similar systems preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and test/project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Confluence).
